With no more than 9 participants Alexis and Steph will hold the space for this joyous exploration; and will be joined by Abi our vegetarian, plant-based cook, and Simone, our resident bodyworker / masseuse for private, bookable sessions throughout the retreat.

MORNING: optional early morning sadhana (Kundalini yoga practice), breakfast, Hatha Yoga. 

AFTERNOON: lunch and relax. 

EVENING: Kundalini Yoga workshop, supper, satsang or relax.

 

Monday 27th~

MORNING: optional early morning sadhana (Kundalini yoga practice), breakfast, Hatha Yoga

AFTERNOON: lunch and relax. 

EVENING: Shakti Dance workshop, supper, satsang or relax.

 

Tuesday 28th~

MORNING: optional early morning sadhana (Kundalini yoga practice), breakfast, Hatha Yoga. 

AFTERNOON: lunch and relax. 

EVENING: Kundalini Yoga workshop, supper, satsang or relax.

 

Wednesday 29th~

MORNING: optional early morning sadhana (Kundalini yoga practice), breakfast, Hatha Yoga. 

AFTERNOON: lunch and relax. 

EVENING: Kundalini Yoga workshop, supper, dancing in Ibiza Town! Bringing the yogis to the city....

 

Thursday 30th~

MORNING: optional early morning sadhana (Kundalini yoga practice), breakfast, Hatha Yoga. 

AFTERNOON: lunch and relax. 

EVENING: Kundalini Yoga workshop, supper, satsang or relax.

 

Friday 31st~

MORNING: breakfast, closing circle. 

DEPARTURES

 

There will be plenty of fruit, nuts and other delicious healthy snacks to snack and graze on throughout. Please inform us of any dietary requirements as soon as possible so we can cater for them!
